This policy applies to all course fees and service charges paid to Digital Marketing Centre Guwahati (DMCG). Please read it carefully before making any payment.
No refunds
All fees and amounts paid to DMCG, including registration, admission, course, workshop and agency service charges, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, whether or not the student attends classes or completes the course, or the client uses the service.
Before you pay
We encourage every student and client to clear all doubts about the course, schedule, syllabus or scope of work with our team before making a payment. Making a payment means you have read and accepted this policy.
Part payments
If you choose a part-payment plan, all instalments must be paid as agreed. Pending instalments remain payable even if you stop attending. Classes, internship and the certificate may be withheld until all dues are cleared.
Batch changes by DMCG
If DMCG reschedules or postpones a batch, enrolled students will be moved to the next available batch. This does not make the fee refundable.
Agency services
Amounts paid for agency services, advertising management, production or events are non-refundable once work has started. Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta or Google are governed by those platforms' own policies.
